Our bees spent their first summer in Maine. Initially they went to pollinate Maine wild blueberries. After a month I moved them to wild raspberries and then they moved to wildflowers for the rest of the summer.
In November the bees came south to their Georgia home where they built their populations up rapidly and were strong enough to go and pollinate California Almonds.
The health of the bees is wonderful, and when they get back will get busy collecting gallberry and tupelo honey.
